The Research Assistant will conduct research (literature reviews), develop communication and outreach strategies to support mental health and wellness workshops for visible minority community members, and fulfill Inforce Foundation’s mission and vision. The Research Assistant will be responsible for ensuring content delivered in webinars and other online platforms reflect current needs and research findings. The position will also require conducting appropriate environmental scans to assist with effective program development. Those hired will primarily work remotely, and we will ensure all safety precautions are taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning the logistics and executing Inforce Foundation’s mental health and wellness webinars for visible minority community members. This work will include working closely with our team and with appropriate stakeholders: healthcare professionals, community health centres, mental health associations and local community groups. The program coordinator will ensure accessibility issues are identified and addressed in advance of sessions. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing comprehensive reports on an ongoing basis and submit summary reports to the board of directors each month.
